TekGaming is a well known in-game currency and services provider. The company has been around for more than 3 years claiming on
the website`s front page to have served more than 25,000 satisfied customers. The company was found by avid gamers and started out as an auction seller in eBay and Player Auctions. Following the success, the website was launched in 2003. The company grew in reputation from both sales on the auction and the website. It became one of the respected companies to provide solid professional services to customers. Nowadays, the company seems to have lost its touch as new competitors enter the market.
Looking at Alexa`s traffic record of the website over 5 years the company really excelled at the beginning of 2005 and reached its peak around 2006. Then losing its momentum, it was down the hill for TekGaming. The situation in 2007 does not improve, less and less customers are visiting the website. The current ranking for TekGaming has sunk incredibly to 1,315,177 while the current market leader, IGE stands at
29,366. The company is losing out customers to the competitors who aggressively promotes their websites much more.
Customers had been satisfied for what TekGaming provided in the days they were trading in eBay. A total of 1,991 customers were satisfied over the
two accounts the company had. A few customers though complaint about Tekgaming services.
Mako Eyes complained about Guild War gold delivery in 2005. A more recent complaint comes from
Ardicus07 in Mmoglider forum who used the powerleveling service and had a horrible experience. Some feedbacks can be found
