Our community keeps growing - today member 1001 joined our forums. Aside from seller ratings, fraud warnings and customer service issues, we also feature a business forum to discuss wholesale buying and selling of currency as well as the backend of our article section that allows everyone to discuss individual articles with others.
 
New Seller Rating System

Today we started rolling out a new rating system. Instead of only relying on customer votes in our forum, we are now also including editorial criteria for the ratings of sellers. This means things like time in business, number of customers, observed business ethics and availability of real contact information now also determine a seller's rating.

In this update you'll see a lot of major changes since this is the first time those criteria get applied. We'll continue to fine-tune this system in the future to ensure the most reliable assessment of sellers possible.
 
Comments and Ratings for New Shops Fixed

There were some problems that did not allow users to comment or rate shops that were recently added to the database. This has now been fixed and all comments/ratings should now be working again.
