These resellers are not only useless at getting you there gold or online money but are scammers/hackers as well. All my EVE accounts were banned due to them secretly sending me ISK.

Worst company ever. no gold delivered, not good customer service, no refunding policy unless you file a dispute on paypal. all in all, dealing with them is the most stupid thing that ever happens to me. Be aware, don't use them ever again.

Have made several orders for Ananrchy Online, they sent me a 50% coupon code.
After using the code to make a larger order than normal the delivery was delayed, because of this they gave me 200million credits free.

I said, if I don't have it in 24 hours I will file a chargeback with paypal. 24 hours later (almost to the minute) I had half of my delivery. The next day I had the other half. I would never use them again. I don't know if there is actually one single company online that does this that can be trusted.

First of all, i dont know what can be wrong with you guys, i really dont believe that all of you got so much bad experiences, maybe some of you are just from other companies... but thats not my problem...

I have done many orders with this company, and never had a problem... but you know what your problem is guys? you need to stop using PL services from any site, and stop buying WoW gold... does actualy any of you think of how many servers are in this game? and every server has a 2 factions, with this you can double the servers, now... put yourself in this, and go farm 50000 Gold, on 15 servers, will you do it in a week? i dont think so, maybe they are not only 1 worker for farming this gold, they are many... but it still not easy.

And about PL... and using bots... LOL, let me tell you something, lets say you are hirred somwhere, you are a postman to say, and they dont give you a car, a ride... or something for your deliveries, and lets say that they dont care, or they dont allow you to use a car, what you will do? will you just run miles? or you will get a car and fuck your boss in the head, i mean... come on, it's not watching you every step, thats the same with this companies, even if theyr boss says "DO NOT USE BOTS" and post this on site, but people are getting very boored to do just the same thing all day... so, stop using PL services from any company online, and get PL yourself, get a raid/party with friends, find people to help you in game, you are just wasting your money.
I play wow too, i have 2 accounts on US, and 6 lvl 70 chars, and 3 accounts on EU, with 2 lvl 70 chars... all done by me, and by doing instances and raids with people in game, quests... and other stuffs, thats what you need to Power Level, thats the same thing that this companies do, if they dont use bots, and you can do it yourself, unless you are way too dumb and give your money away, and about gold... you can farm all the gold you need without a problem.


I am buying from this company EVE Online ISK, so far i didnt had any problem, doesnt matter if they are chinese or not, and they are not asking for any ID's or credit card photos, probably they will do it, if you will buy 15000gold or 15000m isk, thats some money there, would you prefer to lose them if you where on that company? 15000m isk it's like 500-600$, now, who gives so much money for a game? it's quite normal to ask you for some identification.

And another advice for you guys, when you wanna buy some gold or isk, or anything else, ask for stock first !!! go on live chat and ask for stock, if they tell you there is stock, than stay on live chat while you place your order, stay there untill you finish and tell that agent after you paid... this way will save you waiting for that gold.

My overall to this company would be 10/10 for customer serice/live help... bla bla bla and 10/10 for EVE Online services.

Their service seems very similar to dgamesky, in fact it sounded like the same operator who called me to confirm my order.  

 
Same thing account got banned and they just tell u they can't confirm refund w/o their supervisor.. but guess what he is never there! It was actually my husbands account that got banned and he had 6 70s already =( So just don't use them they will for sure get u banned and they won't refund u. The 4 online WoW gold sellers mentioned below are four different websites all owned by THS International Inc (reading the fine print).

Word of Warning: DO NOT SEND AN IMAGE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD OR YOUR IDENTIFICATION TO ANY WOW GOLD SELLER!!!!

I have attempted in the last week to make four purchases of WoW gold from 4 online companies, and have used PayPal for all four purchases. I was then contacted by phone by each of these 4 companies and requested to email images of the credit card (front and back) that I used for the Paypal purchase and my identification (my drivers license). I refused to do so to all four companies. And was told that I had to do so in order to receive my purchase.

My Paypal account is a Verified Account. I use Paypal to make online purchases frequently. I use Paypal to avoid disclosing my personal or credit information. That is what Paypal is for.

No other online company whom I have made Paypal purchases from has ever requested either by email or by phone any of my personal or credit information. The only companies who have ever requested or required it were online WoW gold sellers.

These WoW gold sellers do not have a business address posted on their website. The phone number does not work or no one answers it. The Live Chat people do not seem to understand the purpose of using Paypal, and keep insisting that I disclose personal and credit information. No one responds to emails sent to the posted Customer Service email addresses.

I feel that the agenda of these online WoW gold sellers is to harvest personal information and credit card information to aid them in either making unauthorized cash withdrawals from my Paypal account or to commit identity theft.

So, PLEASE, do not provide additional personal or credit information to these people. WoW is not worth it.

I just tried to order 120 million mesos from them and they need my driver's license or ID. ...WTF?!?!?!

Since when should a guy send his United State's ID to a company in CHINA! I smell Identity theft.

I thought them calling me was bad enough, but no, they need my identity too.

I asked for are refund, and I hope that I recieve. It's still pending in my bank account. Grrr.

Atleast they have good customer support, sort of.

Overall i rate them 1/10. 1 for the support I got. Hmph. -sad-  

 
These guys used to be reliable, but my last two experiences have really been bad.

In neither case did they ever proactively tell me my order was delayed or give me any indication when I might expect to have my order delivered. In the first case it took them 10 days to deliver 1000g. In the second case it took 4 weeks.

When I contacted customer service all I got was vague apologies and promises of my gold being delivered soon and that I was highest priority on my realm. One time the customer service rep even told me, "your order is ready, please login and go to Org for delivery" after an hour of waiting I was told my another CSR that my order wasn't ready, I shouldn't have been told to login for pick-up.

That order that was delivered 4 weeks after I placed it, that delivery was a week after the first time I requested my order be cancelled and my money refunded. And at no time did they even offer me some type of compensation, despite what they say on their website...

They've never scammed me, but they have crappy customer service and with the new dailies I can earn 2000g in the time it takes them to deliver 1000g. There are some good reliable vendors rated highly on this site, use of them and steer clear of THSale and their related sites...

Absolutely the worst company i'v ever dealt with.

Same story, bought PLing. Account was banned within 24 hours. They were caught botting.

Asked for a manager, depending on who you talked to, he was either on vacation or out of the office. Asked daily for 3 months, same story.

No offer of compensation, just the same retoric "we're sorry, manager busy, please wait days"

Avoid these guys.

Alright, I've used one of the THSale sites, Power4Game, three times in the past for WoW gold, and I had no problems. Then with the recent purchase I got nothing but radio silence... Most of the e-mails at the Power4Game web site bounce back, or have full inboxes.

The Power4Game guys, and likely most of the THSale sites, now just take your money and run. Avoid these guys, and all the Itemrate and THSale sites at all costs.  

 
ok theres many things that are very very wrong with these companies. One, their all Asian so if you call them you cant understand any damn words they say. I bought 1000g on wow and guess what i never got it. They said it must have gotten caught by blizzard but i knew that was a lie cause i would have gotten a suspension or a warning from blizzard...a week later i complained again and they said they'd send 500 more gold just cause they feel bad, but guess what it never came, so fuck these gay companies, and also i just did wowgoldvip for pl and i got my account permeantly banned probably because wow admins can see that its not you playing from china

I was about to rate poor, but I have a few factors to consider.

First, I made three orders with them. First two were delivered within minutes, as expected. Great service, no problems. Third order took days, never received it. When I contacted support they claimed to be out of stock.

If you're out of stock, don't sell it. That's called fraud.

It took some threats to contact paypal to get any results out of them, but finally I got a prompt refund about ten minutes after my angry request.

I got a full refund.

So instead of poor, I rate fair. Cause hey, I did get 2 transactions out of three, and I did get a refund.  

 
I have had mixed results with this company, and find that they do not always have enough currency in stock. You can imagine, right, how hard it is to keep gold, isk, etc., stockpiled for every server for every game?

I have experienced the situations discussed above, but have always found that, when treated with kind respect, the people at THSale are very accommodating. They have always given me a clear picture of the situation, and eventually have come through, even fulfilling in multiple shipments.

When a recent order took longer than any I have experienced, they apologized profusely and offered me a refund.

I think the prices are (at least for the games I know) some of the lowest out there, and while it hasn't always been smooth sailing, they've proven honesty and integrity.

And I'll bet it REALLY SUCKS to be them, working with people who complain all the time (which must be a regular thing, since the currency supply is so erratic).

Anyway, I guess I just want to say that I like this company because they have been fair and honest with me, even in bad situations--Probably because I am always friendly, understanding, fair, and honest with them.

As read below, I have used a couple of other services for buying eq platinum with no issues. Tried this one, and it's been over 24 hours with excuse this excuse that. I am only writing this to prevent others from buying. I'm only losing 29 or so dollars, but fraud is still fraud. False advertisement and fraud are all this business can provide you service with. Purchased 1-60 PL. I never received an email telling me they were starting my leveling. I tried to reach them for three straight days on live chat (3 hours/day, 9 hours total) with no response. I emailed them several times with no reply. My account was suspended for 72 hours. Overall a terrible experience and I am out $110 and never received the leveling. STAY AWAY!!!

I said, if I don't have it in 24 hours I will file a chargeback with paypal. 24 hours later (almost to the minute) I had half of my delivery. The next day I had the other half. I would never use them again.

I don't know if there is actually one single company online that does this that can be trusted.  

 
just don't even consider them, they will lure you in with false advertising and then you get screwed...

I lost my wow account to their so called bot free power leveling. Banned 2 days later for 3rd party applications.  

 
I used THSale months ago. Ordered gold, got no reply, no email, nothing. I waited a day, emailed them, nothing. Tried the online chat, wouldn't work. After 5 days and no contact with them I created a dispute through paypal. Their reponce was they had low gold levels and give them a few days. I waited another 5 days and then asked Payapl to refund the money. Paypal (bless them) returned the money in about a week.

So this past weekend I ordered with THSale again (I had forgotten they where the problem company). The website said instant to 24hour delivery. NO confirmation email, no contact of any kind. So after 24 hours i got on their chat page and was told it was processing, give it a day. SO 48hours I chat with them again, so sorry, wait 3 hours and it will be complete. 72 hours and I basicly get told that unless I return the money I stole last time (I had to check paypal history to even know what he was talking about) I wasn't going to get a refund now. I'll post the full chat below. So back to paypal, create a dispute, this time their reply wasn't even an attempt at trying to cover their ass. Paypal refunded the money in less than 24hours.

I need to snd Paypal a cookie or something. Here is the final chat I had with THSale's rep.

Me: I see that one now. it looks like it was the same issue. no contact from the company and no delivery of the order

Me: I never received the gold

Me: Had I realized this was the same company I would have not placed the order.

Roy: It seems that policy didn't allow us to give you a refund

Me: so I am out the money unless I file a grievance with paypal?

Roy: I guess so

Me: OK I'm going to post this chat with my grievance then.

Roy: Since you pay back that money first we will give you a refund

Me: You want me to pay you money for a product I never received to get a refund for another product I never received?

Roy: You never came here to get solutions

Me: I have logged on to this chat system 3 times to get a resolution. Do you have a resolution for this?

Roy: Money back

Me: I thought you just told me I could not get a refund.

Roy: I guess so

Me: So is there a resolution where I either get the gold in game, or a refund by paypal?

Roy: Send the money back for that order Feb 18th

Me: I never received the gold from that transaction either, that's why I had to get the paypal reversal.

Me: I think we are going in circles here. So I'll say good day and move on to the next step.  

 
I ordered 600 gold to be delivered to the Korailstrasz server. The Web Page said within 24 hr delivery. After 28 hours No Delivery, No Notification, NO NOTHING! When I complained they offered me a 2% compensation(which is only 12 gold) I can do that in an hour in Outlands if I had the time. I spent an hour with the on-line chat to get info and finally I just asked for a refund.
On the Site it has a box for a Coupon Numbers, the Reps have never heard of Coupons and don't know where you can go to get you for one.  

 
Terrible customer support. I'll not buy from them again.  

 
bought 300million isk for eve online. was sent 300isk instead (which is worth less than a penny). There customer support sent me an obviously photo shopped "screen shot" of the transfer where more zero's were added in (in a different font might i add)and claimed they had fulfilled their obligation. DO NOT USE THIS SITE, avoid like the plague!
