Ordered 1000g. Received phone call 10 hours after the sale (at 5am) and was told to log in immediately to pick up my gold as they would not mail the gold to my account. I logged in and was told to wait another half an hour. Once the half an hour passed, I was told to continue to wait but without any specified amount of time. Eventually, logged as I could not wait any longer. Contacted the company later that day and was told that they would have to refarm more gold (8-10 hours). Which I cancelled the order and received a refund within 15 minutes.

Although there were problems in the beginning with the paypal payments processing, it was resolved with an email that had a screenshot of the receipt (upon request of the seller).
The email itself caused a bit of trouble too though, when the live support claimed to have not received the email either.
This was quickly resolved too after sending it once more... and also threatening to opening an item dispute with paypal. Not sure which one did the trick
Anyway, they did go out of the way to ensure a safe transaction, the price was great, and support was also surprisingly helpful, so yes, I would recommend this site to future WoW gold buyers, and do plan on buying gold myself from here in the future. 8.5/10
