Withgames is a provider of in game currency and services for MMORPGs. The company was found in 2006 by Chen, Xui Wu. Main operation is based in China. The company provides english speaking front end phone contact for US and Canadian customers although information in the website and live support are often in broken english. The company may ask for personal information such as telephone or fax number to verify the order or call if problems arise. Delivery usually takes 45 minutes to 90 minutes or longer depending on situations. Virtual currency delivery is handled by in game mail with the exception of WoW gold which the company only offers face to face delivery. The company specifically states in its disclaimer the website is under the laws of China. A Guild Wars guild, Guild Eod, is supported by advertisement from Withgames.

Withgames receives a ranking of 170,571 according to website traffic analysis by Compete.com. Comparing to another popular sellers, Swagvault ranks at 144,763. While the industry leader, IGE sits comfortably at 23,988. Putting them together, the graph shows Withgames and Swagvault have been fiercely competing and taking turns in losing and winning although none of them have ever taken over the champion, IGE. Please note this analysis only focuses on U.S. internet population.

The company has not yet been rated by Bizrate however some negative comments have been left. In the Complaints board, a customer had a horrible experience with the customer support and never had gold delivered. A couple of customers in Mmowned forum complained about non-english speaking support and delay delivery time and partial gold received. Imnotsad from Edge of Nowhere forum ordered powerleveling service but was not completed. He also agreed on customer support problem.

HeHe i'm sad enough too =] Though its hard to tell whos telling the truth or not.

Anyway, Poor experiance with this group. BAD Support (basically everything said above by others)

Should NEVER have used them, bloody annoyed hehe.

Anyway, Short line is, Risk it lose it. (Makes no sense to me too, its 04:25 am)

I ordered 3 times from this site last year around this time. Excellent speedy delivery on all 3 orders.

2 weeks ago I decided to order from them again.
Big mistake.
After 5 days the order was finally updated to "delivered". But 3 days later I still hadn't recieved anything ingame.
I contacted them, but they claimed to have proof that it had been sent. After some debate, they offered to send a smaller amount as compensation, arguing that they had already sent me what I paid for. I foolishly agreed.

A week later, still nothing.

They won't be recieving any more orders from me.

Isn't it fairly obvious that those who posts comments that are positive to these sites are in fact the site owners themselves. People don't come to these kind of forums to share their good experience, they come here to whine and warn others.

i have ordered so many times from this website ,and i always get the money in 30 mins which as they promise .
well,the operators i have met are very polite and are not as bad as you said.

i just talked to the same guy, and i got exactly the same ton of bullshit thrown to my face.

while powerleveling my warrior 1-40 they have gotten me permanent banned for botting -.-

so i write to them on live chat asking them what they have done, this might help me when i have to talk to a GM to try and get my account back.

i'm afraid i didn't copy the chat but im going to write to them again today and post a copy.

but what he said was that he didn't know what had happened, i then ask him what they are going to do about it.
the moron answers " if you get a new account we will lvl it for you"... problem is i got 2 epic geared 70's on the same account.

i then tell him that in thier disclaimer it says that they would supply information and help to get my account back, all i get is "kevin".

an other time i ordered money from them the order was cancled.
i write to them on thier live chat to see why they cancled it ( on paypal they had recived my money). they tell me exactly the same as they told " goldreviewer".

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I am still trying to get a refund from this site! They never delivered the LotRO gold I ordered. Every time I contacted them, they said to give it two more hours and the gold would be there. Finally, I got fed up and asked for a refund. Now, I'm getting put off repeatedly on that. I sense a PayPal dispute coming soon!

Very poor service. Paid them and didn't recieve gold. They will steal your money. I phoned there so called customer service and I could not understand one word they said.

I wish i read these reviews before giving my money away

This site is terrible. Don't be impressed by the nice layout of the site, because that's the only good thing about this company. The prices are extremely cheap, and that should immediately be an indication something is wrong. There is literally no customer service. There have been no replies to my many emails. I am taking this to paypal immediately, but I am sure this site will never, ever provide a refund. Bottom line, DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!

I bought some virtual cash from this site, first 2 times was fine and they had a very fast delevery, So very fine service. Then 3th time was a bad experience. now i finaly talked them into giving my money back, but i dont really expect them to send anything back.

And yes there live chat is automated - Untill some point.

So "poor" rating to them, Dont use this site.

Very poor service. Live chat is automated messages and no delivery after 4 days of waiting. Noone has ever contacted me on my email address to explain. So that's a waste of money.

Do not, I repeat, do NOT buy from them.
