This "business" is in fact a scam. They fake having an "online support" feature, but all it is is some jackoff saying anything he can to get you
to give them money. They then do not deliver, and ignore you once they find out why you're talking to them again. (For a refund.)
It's incredible these d-bags are still in business. Worst experience ever.
