I have ordered from team VIP about 10 times and each time their service has gotten progressively worse. Last time I ordered I had asked customer support of my gold was in stock and they said yes. So I placed an order and followed their instructions. I let them know the first night about 10 times I was online and no one ever got back to me. I had talked to customer support and they kept giving me canned responses. Day 2 I try all day and same BS all over again customer support was no help and was giving me canned responses they ranged from they were really busy to they were out of stock. So I waited a couple days then tried to recieve my gold again and nothing. I contacted customer support through email because their live help was only for checking to see if gold was in stock and they had told me they they did not have enough gold in stock to fulfill my order . The next day i contacted their live support and asked if they had 7000 gold in stock for my server and they assured me that the server was stocked. Great I thought so I told them I was online and ready to recieve my order and nothing all day so I contacted them through email about my order and told them live support said the servers were stocked so why can't I get my gold. I got an email back saying sign online now let us know you are online they had expedited my order. I signed on waited 2 hours and nothing. I was really pissed at this point. So i contacted their CS again and told them I wanted a refund. Unlike my gold I got the refund within hours. Bottom line: STAY CLEAR of TEAM VIP AND IGE
