I would never buy from these folks again. After two sales that were completely messed up, one that was never delivered, one that was delivered way late.... I also started getting whispers from people in the game saying "hey are you interested in some cheap gold from mygamebar.com .... i know you bought from another site recently..." ---- well I can put 2 and 2 together, so confidentiality and privacy are NOT respected by this company. Never again.  

 
I have now been waiting for 15 days for an order for Everquest platinum. I have sent a couple of emails and recieved the standard "We're working on it" reply.

I would definately recommend you look elsewhere. This store, like many others, does not bother at all with making sure the platinum they are selling actually exists, rather they simply take orders and hope that they will be able to fill them.

1/10 for not updating me as to the status of my order.

Bought it, they said less than 24hours, 24hours gone by and nothing. Worst of all noone had a clue what's going on and the chat system was an automated moron. (Check out the transcript below.)

They're absolutely awesome. 24/7 chat support with a live person. Ordered gold, got it a little bit late and they gave me 5% more on my order, they are awesome and I highly recommend them. Patience goes a long way, they're really good about everything, I'm very satisified.  

 
I tried them once but never again. The owner of that site has been charged with tax fraud after they purchased IGE.  

 
I'm shocked at the negative comments below. I tried buying gold for WoW US from another site (listed here on mmobux with a rating of 8.8) only to be lied to and after 5 days having to demand a refund. I came back here and found MySuperSales and checked out their site. They have a live chat option, and I asked them a hundred questions, which they replied to patiently and curteously. I finally placed my order and was told it would be delivered in an hour by face-to-face delivery in the game. I got it 40 minutes later in the game's mail system! I am EXTREMELY pleased with the customer support, the pricing, and the speed of delivery. The ONLY draw-back is that I was expecting a face-to-face delivery and got a mail delivery instead. However, that didn't seem to be a problem. I will DEFINATELY buy from these guys again and will recommend to anyone who asks!  

 
I placed an order with my super sales yesterday. I was happy that it was delivered in about 3 hours with no fuss. I was less happy when an eq2 gm took the plat from my character later in the evening. But, in the end I emailed my super sales back and had a refund whne i woke up this morning.

I will use them again.

No delivery after two weeks of waiting.

Much communication with MySuperSales support, but no firm dates given beyond telling me that "95% of orders are satisfied within 24 hours".

I informed them after a week of waiting that I intended to cancel. They offered an additional 10% currency for free, which I accepted and continued to wait.

Still nothing after a further week.

I appreciate that local currency shortages and heightened demand might make satisfying this order difficult, but had this been mentioned up front then my expectations would have been more realistic.

Cancelled the order by contacting the company's owner directly. Refund was processed within the hour.

Superb service!

I ordered 25 gold for the european server of Lord of the Rings Online.
They had the gold in stock and received it 2 minutes(!)
after I placed the order.
The service support was excellent and the person that helped me spoke perfect english.

I'm very happy with mysupersales and will buy there again for sure in the future.  

 
After a few days, I recieved the gold.

This was after I tried 3 other gold-selling sites, of which 2 reported back that they could not supply the gold and canceled my order (full refund), and one still hasn't sent a thing, although they claim that they have (Withgames.com)

MySuperSales.com delivered.  

 
48 hours after the order & payment, one filed inquiry on customer support, and still this company haven't fulfilled their part of the deal.  

 
After a nightmare ordeal with THSale I found this site and tried mysupersales. I remeber them from EQ, they where annoying, but reliable. I made an order today, and had the gold (WOW US) in about 3 hours.  

 
My experience with this company was the worst ever.
In summary, I ordered 1 mil plat, it took 11 days, 4 chats with tech support, 1 escalation to paypal claim, and I still only have 90% of the order. I have spent apx 6 hours waiting in game / chatting with tech support to resolve it. When I asked for a refund 3 times, I was refused. I personally will never do business with them again.  

 
I've purchased from mysupersales since before they became a website (when they were a seller on ebay and playerauctions) when eq1 and uo were the only games in town. They're reliable, you *will* get your gold and if they take excessively long they've always been good about gifting a bit of extra gold. I've never had a bad purchase with them, although they aren't always the cheapest site.
