i just wanted to post this my comments on this website so others that might be thinking about getting gold or items from mmovp.com i placed and oder with them a week ago for a set price and they told me i had to wait out the event before i could get my items .so i waited it out and i contacted them again about my items after the event was over and they had the nerve to ask my why i need so much. a website selling game gold and items asking me why i need so much of there items.

These were excuses they had no intention to give me the item for the price i bought them for from there site. then a few days before the event was over i was checking there website and noticed the price of the items i bought i doubled. needless to say i never got the items i had already payed for.

They did how ever give me a full refund of the money i spent on the item surprisingly but if i had really wanted the money i would of never bought the items in the first place..

Bottom line dont order Game gold or items from this website or there going to take you for a loop..

Ordered 1 billion twice from them now. Price is lower than mmobux.com listed both times. Friendly staff. It is unfortunate that others have had any sort of problem with them. I recieved my ISK within 3 minutes of them verifying my Name/Address/Email via phone.  

 
I have bought WoW gold from them before and everything was adequate so I'm satisfied... that's about as much as I can say.  

 
Horrible, horrible, horrible service.

It took 86 minutes for them to answer the "live" chat feature. Another 64 minutes of stalling and unhelpful service from the chat agent (during which they assured me the gold was in stock) only to end up being told that they were out of stock and would email me "later" when it was ready. After several demands they finally refunded the money.

Do yourself a favor and find another seller!  

 
I can't fault them.

When I bought the moolah the delivery was fast. The only catch was my account later not only had it's wallet emptied but was set to a rather substantial negative balance which for all intents and purposes rendered it useless.

I got into a pretty bad mood and deleted the character, including the majority of evidence related to petitions and the final bank balance along with it.

Not only that - but after deleting the character I abandoned the game altogether for 6 months and didn't notify MMOVP of my situation.

Now I'm back in the said game after missing it and following up loose ends, I contacted MMOVP with regards to a refund. Granted the situation had been left for some time and the majority of the evidence vanished along with the character, but after my honest description of events, some supporting evidence and MMOVP's good nature I'm getting a partial refund for my efforts.

Granted it's not a full refund, but it's good they're willing to co-operate where other traders may tell you to get lost and it's certainly better than a kick in the teeth!

Overall your eally can't go wrong with these people - most people will never have a problem with them. It was a rare event in which I was unfortunate but their support and dedication to customer satisfaction for repeat business makes them stand out ahead of the rest! A++

It seems like every company selling WoW gold is having issues...non-delivery, poor customer service, days of delays, etc. Given all the farmer bans and Blizzard's hard stance, it's totally understandable that stocks are low and gold is harder to come by. But that's no excuse for bad business practices, terrible customer service, lying, and delay-tactics.

Based on the positive reviews above, I went and bought 2000 gold on hyjal (US). 5 days ago, I ordered the same amount from IGE. I figured I couldn't go wrong sticking with such a big name. I still haven't received it. MMOVP was able to deliver within 4 hours, and their customer service was outstanding. I gladly recommend them to anybody else tired of shoddy service.  

 
I bought 6 Billion isk and after verification received it quickly. These guys not only provide a fantastic service but also love the game. I plan to buy again.  

 
Bought 5 billion isk from MMOVP last Feb and another 3 billion ISK this month. Both times it was delivered within 30 minutes. They have a strong verification process (I guess to prevent scams) but overall it was not very hard to order. The first time I ordered they had to call me at my house before delivering, which was a bit annoying for me personally. Everything else was great though. Once verified they do not bother with more calls.

Overall I'd give them 9 out of 10.  

 
Bought 100 million isk for eve online (small order, just testing there service) Received payment almost immediately (I'd say less than 15 minutes after verified) . no hassle what so ever. I'll post another comment once I have done a bit of a larger purchase (may be awhile till I can afford that) in case they are less reliable in that regard. However so far, great prices, no hassle, very timely, no choice but to give them a very good rating. This was nice after having a really bad experience with THsale.
