Lewt is one of the top retailers of virtual currency and MMO services with a 4 year history. Lewt was founded in August 2004 by two small businesses merging together and led by Jesse Powell. The company was incorporated in California USA although its employee are working remotely from different countries. The company caught attention of many gamers when rumor spreaded out that the company was buying fansites such as Diablo2.com, Wowguru.com to compete with IGE`s acquisition strategy. Diablo2 forum was sponsored by Lewt and administered by Jesse and Wowguru.com was claimed to be owned by the same company as diablo2.com.

In terms of web traffic, IGE`s recent plummet took Lewt a bit closer but Lewt is far behind IGE. According to Alexa, Lewt ranks at 73,800 while IGE takes up a spot at 27,235.

The history of this company started in 2001 as a seller in eBay since then it had been selling to 6,408 members earning 99.8% of satisfactory feedback. According to PayPal, the company has more than 35,000 customers. Some of them have criticized Lewt for slow delivery of gold; Becky even called it a rip off in the Rip Off Report website, Kthanx from Edge of Nowhere forum commented delivery from Lewt took a lot longer then he expected.

I purchased two items from lewt.com and I waited about 2 hours, I got fed up with the wait and noticed the same items on another site for a bit less so I asked for a refund. They denied me a refund and 5 hours later sent me an account that had nothing on it and said that I took the items from it, which I didn't, I received no items at all. No way will I ever do business with these scam artists, I suggest people to stay away from lewt.

I had a good experience on Hellgate. Got my money within an hour. People were friendly. Hellgate rocks and a lot of people are missing out on this great hack-n-slash game.

I have used this store for Diablo 2 items on 5 or 6 occasions and have never had a problem.They are always fast and propmt with good service. the quickest i got my items was about 20 min.and the longest took about 1 hr.I always used the instant delivery feature.They are the first ones i have ever tryed to use and they will be the last excellent service

their customer service is ok. no long waiting times.

i had problems checking out my shopping cart @ their website. i had to order via sending them the money via paypal (my choice) with the order. i asked for instant delivery but I didn't get the items until 48 hours later. even though my payment via paypal was approved way before that.

i ordered low maras, hoto, cta, enigma and hoz. but in the end, i recieved everything EXCEPT the hoz. but i decided to let it slide because the most important stuff are delievered.

my last online chat help was a fruitful one. the person told me within the hour i will recieve the email confirmation with acct/pw.

i got it in 30 minutes.

i do find the main draw for lewt.com is that they are the only site i know that sells items for asia ladder.

aside from the missing item and hair raising waiting time, i would advise anybody who wishes to shop at lewt.com to be wary.

they do deliver, but abit short on promise.

Yeah thier prices are way off expensive. Although I bought from them once. Thier live chat is really busy so it take long to get hold of them. So if you pre-order you have to wait 72 hours. Also you must be online to trade. Although thier prices kind of just stay and don't rise or lower. I did recive my meso.

the ripped me off as well....waited over a month and never recieved my order from them...never shop with lewt.com
