I tried ordering from goldsoon.com because it was slightly cheaper, and got scammed. Should never have changed websites. Very reliable site, and very trustworthy. I never had an issue where OGPal is out of stock(unlike maplestoryer >_>

Hi, I thought it would only be fair to write a review based on my POSITIVE experience. I ordered a product here and although it didn't arrive in 1 hour it did arrive in 4 hours. Hey nobody is perfect. To make up for it they gave me an extra "bonus" item that was not on my order. I think that if you have a problem with the company give them time to try and sort out your problem. The customer service, email communication and Live Chat help were very professional. I spoke with Danni on Live Chat via their webpage and he was most helpful. Thanks guys! Will do business again.

Bought a NX Cash Code from them and went to their live chat to confirm my order. When I ordered I checked the selection to have it delivered ingame by mail, as it was the only option they had.

When I started a conversation with them they asked for my account and password, telling me that's how they trade. 'Cmon, it's a CODE! Not powerleveling. There is NO need for me to give them my account and password.

When I told them I was uncomfortable with it, and asked for a refund they dodged it and then tried to persuade me into giving my password to them, ensuring me I could 'trust' them. No, sorry. This place has awful service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.  

 
I was a stupid I paid 51 Euro to them for Knight Online Noah's and I got nothing.. Thanks god I can charge my money back via my credit card provider.

I can't believe i got ripped off by this dumb ass site, i hope they get what they deserve which i won't type it out cause it won't be nice.

Their prices are really cheap so I decide to have a try. But they do not have the golds they are selling and after several days waiting, they even refused to refund. What a scam!
And I find this company runs swarm of other site such as gamekfc, vir4s, vi4s, knightcarnac and so on.
So DO NOT buy from any of those sites either  

 
For the record. This business is crooked as in fraud. I'm tired of them sending out emails saying they are honest and don't have any reports of fraud or scams.

Well this how they handled my service.

After I paid GameIm they said they wanted my personal information sent to them. I refused because I used Pay Pal. Pay Pal already did all the checks. They said they would keep my personal information a secret "we promise". I thought they were crazy! So naturally I refused. Gameim wouldn't deliver to me and they ignored me after I asked for a refund. They stop answering my emails and website chat. I tried calling thier phone and no one answered.

I sent a complaint to Pay Pal about the situation. GAMEIM responded back to the complaint with only two words, "Virtual Goods". Pay Pal contacted me and said Sorry we can not reclaim your money because our policy doesnt cover "Virtual Goods".


You can go to http://www.ftc.gov/ and place a formal complaint with the business.

GameIM runs a website called www.imvu-credits.com which is their site for IMVU Credit sales. after purchasing from them, I received a letter from IMVU stating:

Hello,

I am contacting you on behalf of the Finance Department at IMVU, Inc.

I have come across your account because you have been gifted 35000 credits from a fraud account. I understand that you paid for the credits honestly. However, the site that you purchased them from did not accumulate the credits to sell honestly. They used stolen credit cards or Paypal accounts to make the purchases with IMVU to sell to the public. IMVU has not been paid for the credits you were gifted and will later receive chargebacks against those unauthorized transactions. Please file a dispute against the site that you purchased the credits from; they are selling you stolen goods.

Please understand that IMVU is not accusing you of stealing the credits, and we understand that you could not have known the credits you've purchased were fraudulent credits.

I have removed 35000 credits from your account. I will not return to remove the difference. However, if you would like to keep the credits, I can return them to your account if you make payment to IMVU for them. Please let me know if you would like to keep the credits and I will let you know the amount due.

Also, please be sure contact your credit card carrier or paypal and file a chargeback against whomever you've made the purchase from so you may recover any lost funds. Insist on speaking with a manager and tell them that the site you purchased from was selling you stolen goods that you were obligated to return to the rightful owners and you never received what you paid for. Please do not accept any credits from the fraud sites, they only want you to drop the dispute against them.

Their service was horrible! I bought the lowest amount of gold from them for Silkroad online(30 mill) 2 days ago and still have not recieved it! They promised 10-30 minute deliverys! And when I went to talk to them using live chat, they could hardly speak any english. It was like talking to a 3 year old, and it took them at least 3 minutes to give me a respone back for every message. And, if I didn't keep hounding them, they would of just forgetin about me! I recall asking if they were still there!

It was just this morning that they told me they didn't have the gold yet and that it will take another day.
They said they would e-mail me when they got the money...But I highly doubt it, I will have to keep hounding them untill I get my gold or money back.

All in all, if you are thinking of using www.gameim.com I would highly discourage it. This is not worth $6...
