i was dumb enouth to pay for some Isk of that shop.... believe me they dont understand what they do.....!!!!

oh, and btw. "yes of cours we have your order, just wait 12 hours then you will get it..."
1 day later the same again!!!

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!

Please, never pay for something of them, now i have to look with paypal, to get my money back.

Please do not order anything from this website. I started playing a game called Tales of Pirates its a free to play igg game. I wanted some better gear so I decided to go to the website. Gameci has a bot broadcasting all day its kinda hard to miss. So I went to the web site 20 mil for 14 dollars thought it was worth it (it wasnt).

First off they dont contact you have to contact them.

When they answer they have no money

There bot keeps advertizing for more people to buy money (that they do not have) for days you have too see it as you contact them over and over and they keep telling you to come back every eight hours. And yes this whole time the bot is still screaming you keep being nice about it thinking you'll get money (nope). Then one day they have half your money (but you fell asleep) after four hours of being on hold go figure. So you see the message when you wake up and contact them thinking well . . . at least im getting some of it. The funny thing is that they already gave it to someone else (mabey another guy they botted in). So there is no 10 mil much less the 20 I ordered. Oh and no complaining or asking why the bot is there when they have no money to give they will dc you.

Oh and I forgot the most annoying part of all. They actaully suggested I play a differnt server start all my chars over for 20 mil. . . so i could have a level 6 (needed lvl 6 to trade) sitting around on another server doing nothing. Thats like me (from America) buying my self a nice car in China even though I will never go there to use it but id know it was mine right?

Oh and in the time Ive been waiting ive made 50 mill lol.

Well I guess everyone has to learn sometime (me too). I will now and forever look at reveiws and rating for things before I order anything ever again. Oh and if I see a post like the one im making now I will go somewhere else even if it costs me an extra 5 bucks. If time was money I paid way more at Gameci.com.

This company is SCAM. Dont buy here if you dont want to lose your money. You will pay and never get the ordered gold or refund.

Well hello "gameciplayer", uh uh. I have made literally HUNDREDS of purchases from online companies for many years. NOBODY, and i mean NOBODY, except GAMECI, has EVER, asked for my id. This is bad business on your part and you should stop this practice. You do not NEED it. Secondly, your reputation is well earned. Do you think that these gameplayers on here just want to say bad things about you? No. We are reporting ACTUAL experiences.That is all we are doing. To warn others about what has happened to us. You falsely advertise. You continually stall. And to top it all off, you make buyers call you each day to check on stock. Why don't YOU contact the BUYER when you finally have it? That would really help your reputation with gamers/buyers. You also need to stop making false claims on your website. If you do what i'm telling you, you may be able to salvage your reputation. Then all of these negative post would stop because your customers would not have negative things to say. It's as simple as that. Maybe REAL customers would even post something positive.

In fact, it is easy for you customers to show us your ID, that is, when verification information, we only need to see your name on the card,such as license, ID card, passport or credit card. while both card number and private information are covered. Sometimes some people embezzle another card, so it is necessary and safe for all customers.

WARNING! These people that are posting good things about gameci are obviosly employees or have some incentive to say positive things about gameci. Look at their English. They are writing exactly how they chat. Unfortunately, somebody have probably warned them that they were going to report them to this website if they did not deliver or refund the buyers money. They have just become members themselves and are trying to make the readers not believe all of us who have been either ripped off, lied to, and/or treated very badly by having to wait WEEKS before receiving our order. THEY DO NOT HAVE STOCK! THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! THEY DO, TRY TO GET YOUR IDENTITY. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM , YOU WILL SEE. I'm sure that they have other sites by now and are doing the same thing there. BEWARE OF GAMECI AND OTHER SITES THAT MAKE SIMILIAR CLAIMS. Try to first find real people that know how to pronounce English and that are not junior members, but long time members and get advice from them first,then cross your fingers. Really.

I cannot understand why PayPal keeps dealing with Gameci.com . The almighty dollar i guess. There needs to be a better way to shut companies like them down asap. Somebody contacted me on 3/13 and asked how to get gameci to deliver and my response is posted. I wish they would have posted the result. By the way MrCookie, if you find someplace for mabinogi gold, please post.I'll never do it again unless someone else has a positive experience somewher else. I would guess that the people from gameci probably have other sites as well. I'll probably never do it again.

TERRIBLE -5 out of 5.

I purchased some gold from this company on March 24, 2009. They where unable to deliver the requested gold to me, when I asked what they had available, they told me they don't have any gold at all. (How do you sell gold when you don't have any? Lol?)

Upon contacting me, his response was the same as the previous agent, "We don't have gold! Oh no!" Like it was a surprise.. I disputed the claim on March 24th, and asked for a refund. He refused to give me a refund until the dispute was closed.

Wanting my $500+ sum, I (incorrectly) closed the claim on 3\25\2009 (Day 2). At this point, he told me the manager told me to wait. I waited 6 days, still no refund.

At this point I filed a unauthorized claim, which paypal said was authorized on April 2. (Day 9) Ironically.. paypal told me to file a dispute.. but did not notice that a dispute was already processed on this transaction:

At the end of this ordeal, I called up paypal to dispute this charge. I explained to him how gameci took my cash, and was supposed to offer the requested gold within 10-30 minutes. They referred me to my bank. Which I called, and promptly disputed the charge on my credit card statement. Right now I am on Day 11, April 4th, 2009.
4. How long does the delivery take?
It will take 10-30 minutes generally according to different purchase amounts. It will take at most 36 hours to deliver if your order a large amount and we may give you some discounts. If we still can’t deliver in 36 hours, we will give you some discount for your waiting. Please see the details in each game introduction.
Lol.. yeah right! I was never offered a discount either!

I implore you to never buy from this gold seller. He does not do refunds. He does not have stock. Simple as that. There are plenty of other gold sellers that are way better than this one. I will never buy from gameci ever again.

It is apparent to me that all of the positive reviews for gameci are from employees.The english is broken and is just like how they chat with u. DO NOT GIVE THEM UR CC #. NEVER. Contact them everyday. Remain polite but firm. Escalate your complaint asap. DO NOT DROP UR COMPLAINT BEFORE THEY DELIVER. NEVER. Follow the rules and do not show your teeth.Then, maybe, you will receive your gold in a few weeks, like me.

All I can say is DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I purchased 50 g for LORTO and all I got for two days was the run around. Oh yeah, and I spent half the first day just trying to verify that I was me. They wanted me to send my CC. Are you Fuc**ng crazy? I paid with paypal. You can only communicate with them through this HORRIBLE "Live Chat" client. They could not deliver the product and so I asked for a refund. They told me they would have to check with their manager. Aparantly, these "Live Chat" people are completely powerless to do anything to help their customers.

These people are nothing but a scam waiting to happen!

I bought (or thought I did) gold from this website with a verified Paypal account. I then contact support and asked them on the delivery, they then asked me for a picture of my credit card & ID. Fishy damn right you are! So i was online with them on their stupid live chat that kept dc'ing me every 5 mins. They kept insisting on my credit card which I wasn't willing to give. Then I thought screw this & reported them to Paypal. I contacted them a fews days later & asked abt the order, they then wanted me to cancel my dispute & they would deliver my gold. I said nothin doin - deliver and i will cancel. After a fews days of arguing with them they delivered 6m out of 25m odered. Now when i try to contact them they just close the chat windows. I am leaving this to Paypal to resolve. I have the chat logs if anyone wants to dispute.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. GAMECI IS A TOTAL FRAUD.

If u want reliable delivery www.cgs711.com has always delivered and even if there is a delay they always correspond.

I was gonna buy from them since they are cheaper than my usual seller MOGS but I was wondering about their delivery method for ingame items. Their live support is quite useless and kept insisting I buy first and they would contact me in-game afterwards.

Really there are only 2 methods of delivery in EVE mail system and contract system. Mails are monitored heavily by GMs and will most likely get reversed. If he can't tell me what method they use and want me to risk having a GM catch me then I am not gonna buy.

Took them about twelve hours to be ready, but they did deliver. Customer service wanted a lot of verification which I haggled down to something easier for a five dollar order. Delivery was made, and contacting customer service was quick.

I purchased mabinogi money last night through PayPal and never received it or even the email confirmation. I started a chat today with customer support and after emailing them the PayPal receipt i was told that they cannot complete the order at this time and for me to contact them tomorrow. I feel cheated at this point because their website says most orders completed within 30-90 minutes.They should have offered to refund my money but did not. I haven't even received the email confirmation. I will post back tomorrow on whether i received my money or not. Wish me luck.

TOTAL FRAUD.
They advertise half-price goods to get your cash and then try
to steal it. They tell you to come back later, come back later (when 'The Boss' will be there, lol) and if you complain to paypal they try to blackmail you into dropping your complaint.
Then they steal the interest on your money, before they return it - if you pursue it with paypal.
THEY NEVER HAVE THE GOODS FOR THE GAME - THAT'S WHY THEY ADVERTISE THEM SO CHEAP.
DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. :=)

A fraud company.

I ordered and paid (using Paypal) 5 month ago. I never got the ordered gamegold.
I made the mistake to let the SupportChat talk me into waiting.
Now the time to report this to Paypal is over. Paypal can't help me.
When you talk to SupportChat they always tell you to wait some more time. Only the manger can pay your money back, but he is not reachable.
I try to get him for the last 2 month nearly every day at different times. No chance.
The company is still advertising the same stuff I ordered, but they can't deliver for the last 5 month. The are not only advertising, they write on the homepage that they have so much gold in stock that they do promotions and sell the gamegold really chep. lol.
I think they don't have any gamegold and just want to get your best, your money.
