Having used this company a while ago to order gold I was quite impressed, 1000 gold in 2 day delivery time, not bad going.

However I wanted some quick easy money in order to buy something from the AH recently so decided to order 550 gold from EZgaming thinking that a small amount such as this would be very quick to have delievered. How wrong could I be, it was ordered on the 30th May (6 weeks ago) and have so far recieved 85 gold, 28 of which was a Bonus given to me for my patience and understanding on why the delivery was taking so long. Having communicated with them through their live help I was told that delivery would finally get to me within 24 hours, that was now 48 hours ago. At the same time as being told that my order would take 24 hours they said my order had been escalated to upper management so today I thought it strange that I was told that the representative could escalate my order, was it not already at top priority anyway?

In short, this company is now terrible, they lie about what they are doing and what is in stock then give you the same run around everyday you try to contact them. They don't answer emails and despite what their website says they do take your money from your accuont before work starts on your order.

EZgaming suck big time! Stay Away.
