Have not bought, however my partner can read Chinese. The website appears to outsource a lot of its orders. They look for studios that will get the job done well, however they do seem to claim that the leveling is done in California. This isn't anything unusual in RMT though, a lot of companies do that same thing and make similar statements. From what I've seen, nobody's ever had a problem with them and the owner seems to be very approachable.

The post seems a little biased since it's anti paypal and states that any paypal users are crooks. Actually, companies working RMT lose money to crooks because of Paypal. It's much riskier to use for selling than for buying.
