Used bots and hacking software for PL - AVOID!

PL took 2-3 times longer than they promised, and my account was suspended due to IGXE using bots and hacking software. IGXE took no responsibility for their PL staff using illegal software. My account was suspended and they were specific on sstating the PLeveling activity used hacking software, item (2) which I am sure is what flagged this issue to the point of being suspended. Yes I took a risk, but I took the risk with IGXE stating in their policy that they did not using hacking software, bots, etc.

They also PL'd using easily identifyable methods like "continuous monster missions".

Greetings,

We regret to inform you that your account has been suspended for a period of 7 to 8 days for Terms of Service violations, to include one or all of the following:

1) Your account’s access was found to be shared, and completing ‘continuous’ monster missions in-game. If you wish to review our policy on account-sharing and access, please read the link mentioned at the bottom of this notification. Sharing your account information is very dangerous, and can lead to other fraudulent activity from third-parties that are not trustable.

2) Your account was found to be utilizing third-party software to modify the EverQuest game client (hacking) while doing monster missions.

3) Your account was found to be operating or benefitting from a ‘power-leveling’ service, which is also a Terms of Service violation (see #1 above).

Your account will be inactive for 7 to 8 days. Please be aware that repeated or serious violations of our rules and policies can result in further possible disciplinary action. When your account is unsuspended, please consider that your account’s security is your responsibility. We always regret when this type of action is necessary. We ask that you please review our game policies, which are posted at:

http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=16204

No reply to this message is requested, if you have any questions about this action, please contact Technical Support Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm PDT: 1(858) 537-0898 (this is the only contact available to inquire about this action).

Sincerely,

Sony Online Entertainment, LLC

In once sentence: IGXE are a bunch of scammers.

I ordered some powerleveling and they promised me it would be hand-work. Guess what? All they did was use a bot to level my account, grinding the same mobs over and over again.

I decided to cancel the order, I even told them that. Was harrassed for a few days though, they kept asking for my new password... while I cancelled!

I actually hired another company to finish the powerleveling for me, they did great, ironic thing though, while * trying * to discuss a refund, IGXE first stated "We leveled your account to 72", day after, they stated "We leveled your account to 74". Funny. They didn't level it, the other company did. They claimed they could proof it by a screenshot they had, but when I asked them to send the screenshot, they suddenly had "server problems" and could not open the screenshot..

Do not risk your account here, they're absolutely unreliable and don't care about your account, all they want is your money..

OK effort but poor service

My IGXE purchases seemed to trigger a security review by Paypal which was not great. I was not expecting calls from IGXE which came in the middle of the night and could easily have woken up me or my family. The calls were on totally, totally inaudible Voip lines. Why was the call necessary? Nothing about that was explained before hand. And then the actual delivery of the items - the website said they would be delivered by Contract, but instead they wanted them to be delivered in game in real time. And they said I should contact them in game, but they provided no in game contact details, and though I provided my in game contact details, they didn't contact me in game. Confusion! In the end it all fell apart, due to Paypal security investigation, which I GUESS is not IGXE's fault. They do try hard to work everything out but without success. I just hope I get my game cash, or my real cash back, soon!

DO NOT USE IGXE

IGXE uses hacked accounts to make and deliver their ISK. If you use their service you will at the least end up with a negative wallet balance, at most, you will get banned. I have contacted IGXE multiple times and they are unwilling to refund or correct the problem.

Within 12 hours of receiving my ISK, I received a -200M balance and a stern warning.

BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT USE IGXE

BUYER BEWARE!
(Hopefully this will catch the attention of those prospecting to buy from this company. And this website will not let you use paragraphs, so prepare for wall of text)

To start off I am giving this a full review of services from beginning to end. (Order#1298860)

Unfortunately, due to the previous company I have been dealing with over the years for my ISK purposes respectfully telling me they could not fulfill my order due to them being low on stock before I sent payment, I had to look for another company to fulfill my immediate needs. I had done some research, but regretfully I did not stumble upon this review page I would of avoided this company.

I opened up live chat before I purchased an order to see if the ISK was in stock and was safe (I have been burned a few times by empty promises of massive stock in the past). Jason assured me that both the ISK would be delivered within 15 minutes of payment and that the ISK comes from secure "Game Developers" that use honest methods to obtain their currency. So I continued with my order and stayed in live chat for the duration of the delivery process to make sure it would get done. I felt like I had to ride him the entire time in order to get it done promptly, but to my surprise it was delivered within 30 minutes (Which is a good point). I thanked Jason and let him know that I would continue buying currency from them to fill in the gaps of the other company and he asked for me to post a good review of IGXE that night.

Fortunately I had not. I log into (Well, couldn't all the way) my account and receive the following message from a GM as well as a deduction of ALL my ISK and a banning on my account.

"Received ISK from hacked account
From: GM Gusto
Sent: 2010.02.23

You received ISK from an account which had been hacked by ISK sellers. The ISK has been removed and your account has been banned."

As anyone would be for losing an account that's ~6 years old, I was upset and immediately went to their live chat. Sending hacked ISK that gets you banned completely negates the fact I got it fast, it caused more harm than good. Jason, the "hero of the day" earlier was there and I pasted the GM message. He became very defensive telling me they do not ever used hacked accounts and that I needed to send evidence in the form of a screenshot in order to prove my loss. I uploaded to both imageshack and tinypic, which he told me that he just so happen cannot view .jpg files. First of all, c'mon? That is a universal extension anyone can view that. He instructed me to send to their email address fastsupport@igxe.com but kept claiming he did not receive it.

Getting frustrated with live chat, and I prefer voice conversation, I called up their business at 650-461-9387. I was immediately tossed from one person to another until I got a hold of someone that I could understand. He kept telling me that there was nothing he could do, so I stayed on him until he said he received my emails with the screenshots. He then told me to wait 24-48 hours for him to contact the developer, which I sternly told him I would not play the waiting game and that he would call me back in 15 minutes or I would get a hold of him and hung up. I received a phone call back in less than 10 minutes instructing me on what information I needed to send to their dispute department and when I got a phone call back from them half an hour later (From phone number 514-315-1423) I finally had a completely English literate person on the line.

He informed me that he would be able to replace the ISK, but I shot the offer down. Why would I want more hacked/bannable ISK to ruin another account of mine in replacement for the account they already got banned? He was empathetic of my situation and loss and I drilled into his head that the least his company can do is give me an EVE CD-Key (Which the only one's they sell are 60Day GTCs) in order for me to start a new character from scratch and possibly recover from my 6 year time-sank loss. He told me that I would be given a CD-Key, but it could not be immediate that the Hong Kong office deals with it and that I would receive it in 5 hours and he would call in 7 to make sure things went OK. I felt that this was at least a negligible outcome from this situation and I didn't get completely screwed, that the company at least cared about their costumers and would re-conciliate for the losses that they made.

12 Hours later I had received neither a phone call from the person in Montreal or an email with my CD Key. So I went to pull up live chat to see the status. I was told that giving me a CD Key was absolutely not possible and that they would give me (<20%?) of my purchase for my loss in ISK. Again, I explained that I do not want to risk more bannable currency from their company, as they use hacked accounts. He continued with the same mindless reply that took him 15-20 minutes to type out each time, so I decided to call again. When I called I received the same response from everyone I got a hold of, and no one would get me to the person who originally promised me the CD-KEY. All they will offer is more bannable currency for you to risk another account with.

I will be filing a dispute with both VISA and the merchant service I used to purchase this currency, and hopefully this will somehow hinder this company's terrible operation.

In Short:
Hacked/Dishonest collection of currency that will get your accounts banned, run-arounds, and broken promises on re-conciliation's for wrongs they have caused with no refunds.

For the lucky few who took the time to read the reviews before they buy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY ISK - GM REVERSED TRANSFER

Purchased 1B isk off of these guys and a day later a GM took the money back and gave me a stern warning. The worst part is: IGXE will not offer a refund, NOR will they give me more isk to make up for the loss. I even provided a screenshot for proof.

Don't buy from them. My account didn't get banned. You might not be so lucky.

They might reply to this and tell me that i just need to contact them. Be aware that this is just an attempt to make themselves look better. I have made numerous attempts to be given a refund or more isk and they have denied me. They gave me a coupon for 15% off. Not what i was looking for.

wow us
33k delivered within the hour in face to face trade , no problems with that at all , swift and full deal completed , however ,
next day recieved a tell from Blizzyolanda telling me that i had broken the tos for in game curreny ,, and i should login to warcraft-us.com and confirm my info (A PHISHING SITE) or my account would be suspended , so whilst it seems igxe has tried to clear up its problems , there are still some weak links in its system ,
several hours later (the same day) , i recieved a phone call from igxe following up its deal in a "quality control" kind of way . questions were , whats your age group , postcode etc ,
whilst this may of been a real attempt at follow up for qc purposes ,the data that could be given might be used poorly
short version is he got a peice of my mind ,there is no way other than thro the ppl used within the deal the tell would come to me to send me to a phishing site
use at your own risk , fast and full delivery , tho not 100% trustworthy

Much of what I wanted to say has been said. I just tried to order from them and received an email stating that they required some more personal information (that anyone in their right mind would never provide) before the transaction would be completed. Needless to say, a major Red Flag went up. I called to get someone on the phone and suffice it to say, it was the typical scamming BS operation in full swing.

I then immediately called my CC company to report this nonsense and will be contacting other appropriate authorites to report this company.

This is a typical fruadulant operation - making enough legitimate transactions to show accountability and scamming the rest.

BUYER BEWARE OF IGXE!

IGXE is really a great game shop. Before igxe, i had many bad experience of purchasing game items in other shops. Suffice to say, there are a lot of problems existing in these shops, such as delivery speed, customer service etc.All these make me really sadhttp://www.mmobux.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:none" alt=":(" />.
Actually, i heard from a friend about IGXE decided to use them for purchasing items from EQ2. during the course of purchasing,i feel quite comfortable about their service. I placed an order in the morning, and i recived my item in 2hours later. i was quite amazing their speed.http://www.mmobux.com/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif" style="border:none" alt=":P" /> And their customer service is also very good.a girl named Daisy helped me a lot with patience in the course of delivering.I like her voice. It's really sweet.and i also like igxe, they give me such a big suprise after these unpleasing experience.i choose igxe as my future game shop.
Thanx,igxe.http://www.mmobux.com/forum/images/smilies/tongue.gif" style="border:none" alt=":P" />

I recently ordered from one of IGXE's competitors , before I had found IGXE. For 10 Days it seemed they twiddled thier thumbs and had only this to say. "So sorry for your trouble. Delivery says they will get your order filled tommorrow. Please wait one more days?"
Sadly , this is not the first time I had such trouble with a gamer-goods website's service.
BUT IGXE filled a larger order than I asked the other companies to fill, (FOR LESS $), In only 1-24 hrs. ACTUALLY IT WAS 8 hrs.

Trully amazing. Thank you IGXE for setting the standard in this industry!

I want to take this time to thank all of you at IGXE for your support.

Every order processed for eve has been handled in a timely manor and professionally. Staff has been helpful and polite while working with.
I want to make special note for the agent on Christmas night, as was speedy, prompt and even when I made an accidental mistake that could have resulted in benefit to IGXE the agent pointed it out and waited for my correction.
Every order that has been processed with personal requests has been fulfilled with ease.

I'd just like to thank your staff for the service that i've recieved! not only did you contact me to let me know that the product i bought was unavailable but you had already started to powerlevel my character thus offering an alternative. Even better was the fact that once the powerlevelling (which was very fast) had finished your staff then sold all of the items that they had collected on the auction house and left me with the profits! Thank you again i will recommend your company to every one i know that may use such a service.

I have purchased EQ2 CDKey several times. The first time I purchase here, honestly I’m a little worried, and wait 1hours, but 2nd time to now, I found they r very friendly to the steady customers and service is excellent! Maybe you need to try again and I guess you will agree with what I said. No offense! It is my opinion.

After a couple of transactions IGXE will require you to send them a copy of you passport or creditcard. Obviously that is not a good idea. I begged them to deliver without this info but to no avail. I consider the money lost

Poor and perhaps dodgy

They may ask, as they did with me, for a copy of photo ID and I don't know about you, but I think that's a little strange and possibly a security risk. So I didn't send it to them and asked for a refund. Three e-mails later they finally agreed to a refund, but then I received another automated e-mail asking for photo ID. When I replied to it I got a fairly familiar e-mail in reply, leading me to suspect that they use automated e-mail bots. If they use bots for e-mail, goodness knows what they use for power leveling.

I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anybody. Nothing from my experience with them shows any kind of competance.
