igxe scams
Ordered DAoC plat, quite a bit of it. I did email them prior to purchase to confirm availability...and they said 1-4 hours.
It has now been 5 weeks!. I have been in contact with them via email and have gotten a recurring series of emails about "we will
contact or email you in the first place" or "my order is in a process" and "we can hurry up for you".
I tried the online chat and got almost the exact same things as the emails!
Don't buy from them, I am highly convinced they are just trying to scam the majority of people that buy from them. And for goodness sakes don't
give them your login/password.

i didn't get what i ordered. and the customer representitives keep give me the runaround. I will never go back to them again. There are a lot other
sites which is more cheaper and actually delivers the gold.

I love the service, ive bought over 2 billion isk in the past week to support my people, and the service was instant, using the regular service beat
the 30 minute server by 20-25 minutes, and i am grateful, no hiccups, no cheapscaping, and the relayers were friendly http://www.mmobux.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif"

Don't buy gold from igxe. It will get you banned. I purchased gold from them a few months ago and had it in-game mailed to me. I was promptly
contacted by a GM and warned.
I needed some gold again recently. I contacted igxe via live chat and was told that creating auctions was very safe. So I ordered 30 gold, made six
5g auctions and my items were quickly purchased (at a toon of 1.5g in auction fees I might add).
It took Turbine less than a day to ban me for a week. (I guess I will find out if I still have the gold a week from now.) I contacted igxe again and
asked what they were going to do to compensate me. LOL, they offered me a 5% coupon for my next purchase. Duh. I leaned on them but that was the
"best" they could do.
I have filed for a full refund with PayPal. Wish me luck.

Don't count on PayPal. This is what they said:
"Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does
not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund."

It is out of question why such business company would require photo ID or personal information other than information provided by payment / paypal /
order#.
So even if they acquire your photo (photo ID) how would they figure it out over internet? They have no such access of private information other than
government related organizations. Only additional information they will receive is something you never had to provide them for simple business
transaction and identification.
Yes, without a doubt this raise red flag to anyone and it is either a deliberate act of fraud or attempt to discommunicate farther by raising your
alarm. If you stop talking to them with refund or delivery time they can run with your money so who benefits here?

They start off nice then ask for personal information. Personally I've never had to give my state issued ID over the computer ever. On top of that,
they called even though I said I was waiting on a call and only stopped when I threatened with the police.

I don't understand why this company is getting so many bad comments. I have purchased Cabal Alz from them twice already. The first time I had to wait
3 hours. The 2nd time, it was right away. Live Customer Support may take a while but other than that I have had no problems with it. There were no
partial transactions either. They had the Alz for me and in a one time deal each time.

Just wanted to say I am very satisfied with the service IGXE.COM has provided. The delivery was very very fast, about 15 mins total from order to
delivery. The entire process was easy and friendly. The Live Chat Rep provided answers to my questions very promptly and the individual who
delivered the item was very professional and easy to understand (some other services you cannot understand what the person is saying due to language
barrier).

It's day 2 since I ordered 500k plat for DDO from IGXE. I'm getting the same responses as everyone else.
On my first enquiry, the CSR told me it would take 3-8 hours. Now nobody will give me a time frame on when to expect delivery.
The good news is I didn't use Paypal so I can dispute the transaction directly with my credit card provider if they don't deliver soon.
Who has good service these days?

Cold, Calculated Thieves. Buyer, beware.
These people are absolute thieves. I purchased a Guild Wars Trilogy CD key from them in June. The key worked for exactly 7 weeks. Contacted NCSoft and
they said it was a fraudulent key that was purchased using Steam, and then the Steam account that purchased it was closed along with the keys so yeah,
they disabled the key completely along with all my heros and 2 box slots filled with my hard earned loot.
Contacted IGXE who continued to give me the runaround for a straight week saying they're contacting supplier to have it resolved, etc. Into the THIRD
week I finally asked for a refund because obviously, it wasn't working out. They offered me separate Guild Wars keys for each chapter, but I
refused...for one, I don't trust them anymore and 2. I wanted MOX, which only comes with the Trilogy. I was then assured I'd be getting a refund,
that I just needed to wait 24 hrs. (yes, always with the waiting for 10 hours for this person to come in, or 24 for someone else). 2 days later, I
finally got an email saying they wont refund it because it's been 2 months...W...T...F. Note that the first time I contacted them was a few days
after NCSoft told me what the issue was, just a few days into August (about the 4th or 5th).
So buyer beware. You have been warned. I'll NEVER buy from IGXE again and I will never recommend it to anyone. P.S, my 2 friends who bought
Prophecies + Factions were also screwed and are having the same issue. I'd contacted my CC and they'll be filing an investigation against IGXE. If
more customers have had the same problems then hopefully VISA will stop being a merchant for them. But I doubt I'll ever get my $34.00 back.
I think what burns the most is the fact that for 3 dollars more and some freaking patience, I could have just gone out and purchased the key the next
day!!! Ah well. You live, you learn.

Their service is poor and questionable.
I purchased their leveling service. They guaranteed the service would be complete in 39 hours, I was told several times during the process that if
they did not complete the service they would give a partial refund or free gold.
At 59 hours, 20 hours past their guaranteed time I contacted them and was told that it would be several more hours, possibly the next day for when
they would be done. They stated the only way to get a refund was to request a cancel and escalate to paypal.
A large amount of gold and items were also missing from my account to which they could or would not account for.

problems with IGXE. I would like to share my experience with you. When you want to buy gold from one site but you don't know whether it is a scammer.
You can place a trial order with little amount like 9.8$ or less. And if you r a new customer to a site don't place a big order. There are two
reasons: First, you will worry about they steal your money. Second, they will worry about you bilk them so that they will confirm many infro. with you
to reduce the risk, which is maybe boring. Maybe that is why I can get the transaction smoothly. Hope it will be helpful. Another skill, prefer one
site you like most and be a royal customer so that you will get less trouble and save more.

Horrible Customer Service
Let me preface this by saying I'm deployed to Iraq, so yea.
I submitted an order for 1 Billion ISK to IGXE on December 22nd. Almost immediately after I remembered, "Hey, I'm not at home, I better go change
my phone number to my skype number." So I change it in my profile, and I go to live chat. I explain the situation to the livehelp person, and it
literally takes him 45 minutes just to tell me "Sorry, I can't help you, someone else should be with you in a moment".
I wait for 10 minutes, and in pops another person to help me, who literally does not even acknowledge that he's there. I type in my explanation to
him, I get no response. I actually get up from the computer, go take a shower, come back, and he still hasn't typed a single word to me. So I leave
by saying "Nevermind Cancel my Order".
The next day I get an email stating that I need to send them a picture of my drivers license. Which I do have, but I'm not sending to anyone, for
any reason. I reply with No, I'm not sending you a picture of my license, Ill go elsewhere to do my business, cancel my order. Since then I've
gotten 8 e-mails about them wanting me to send them my ID, all of which I respond to sometimes nicely, lately not so nicely, with "No, cancel my
order." It is now December 26th, I've just received another email from them, which basically by now I'm going to call harassment. They absolutely
REFUSE to cancel my order, and they absolutely REFUSE to stop harassing me. Worst customer service ever, and they've lost a customer for life.

Man, these guys are afraid u r a scammer. So they ask for more infor. to avoid be scammed by you. 1 billion ISK--about 300USD-400USD I guess btw. If
it was the first time you bought from them and they give you the isk then you ask PP refund your money. They r not idiot. Neither IGXE, nor other

I purchased their leveling service. They guaranteed the service would be complete in 39 hours, I was told several times during the process that if
they did not complete the service they would give a partial refund or free gold.
At 59 hours, 20 hours past their guaranteed time I contacted them and was told that it would be several more hours, possibly the next day for when
they would be done. They stated the only way to get a refund was to request a cancel and escalate to paypal.
A large amount of gold and items were also missing from my account to which they could or would not account for. |

Purchased WoW US gold from them a while back, it was for approximately 6,000 gold worth. I received delivery pretty quickly but even though I selected
AH delivery, the person insisted on doing a face to face transaction. If this was the only problem, that is fine but here is where it gets worse...
A GM contacted me a day later stating that I had been the recepient of gold from an account that had been compromised, as such, all the gold that was
delivered was taken away to reimburse the person whose account was hacked.
I contacted IGXE regarding this and all they told me was "we made delivery, we have screenshot of delivery, what happens to the gold after the
delivery is not our concern. For your inconvenience, we are able to offer you a 5% discount on your next order, that is our best offer that we can
do."
