LOL, within 24 hours. The sad part is he ain't kidding. I worked for platshop back in the day. We had a few orders take three days.
The problem goes like this.
Small website orders from big website, big website orders from a farm, the farm says, "oops, we're out, give us time to farm."
The customer gets angry and asks, "What's the hold up?" The small website gets angry and asks, "What's the hold up?"... and onward to
oblivion.
With my own site, I require sellers to keep updated stock lists so buyers can see real stock before ordering. And if the supplier forgot to update the
list, I will give the customer an apology and a cookie.
It's tough to get fast service in this industry.
Sigs are bad. mmmkay!
So are cigs.

Do NOT use these guys
So i tried to use these guys for some honor leveling. Total dishonesty here. After getting form emails saying the work would begin shortly, they
finally start and i notice that hardly any kills have showed up 48 hours later. I checked the armory and noticed my weapon was missing. Then I get a
suspension email from Blizzard. They told me to contact blizzard and they would finish the leveling and be very careful (don't worry!). Yeah
right.
So i said no way, im done give me a partial refund.
Well i go in a few days later and almost all of my crap is gone. All my bags are empty and my bank is destroyed. Lieing cheating thieves.
My own fault I guess, but if anyone is considering spending any money with these guys, don't.

igxe indeed does suck. I ordered from not once but twice out of stupidity. The first time, the supposid 24 hour max time frame was complete crap.
Finially they paid up on the fourth (4th) day. Ok so i'm stupid and ordered from them again a week later thinking that the 5 bucks off was a good
deal and after talking to their live support and being promised the order was in stock and I was at the top of the priority list, I caved and bought
with them again. To my amazment they were again wrong about the delivery time. It's been over 5 days and still nothing. Gee I'd like my money back
right about now.
IMO they're cheap, but don't use them inless you don't mind waiting a week or two for your goods.

Rip Off
IGXE.COM is a fraud. They ripped me off and made excuses for why they hadn't delivered a product I purchased from them, even though their website
claimed the item was in stock and available.
I am fighting them and have excalated the dispute to a claim with PayPal.
Avoid these guys at all costs.

In my case, they delivered the item I ordered, but then a game GM undid the transfer, and IGXE refused to resend it, and Paypal refused to give me a
refund. So they get both my money and their item.

Similar story to above - I bought EVE isk and the GM reversed it a few days later. IGXE weren't helpful at all and now I have wasted my money.
Do yourself a favor, don't buy from these guys at all, the whole thing is a fraud.

Two Hours Or Less! NOT
I bought a game card for CoV from them; they sent me an email saying to expect it in two hours or less, and to email them or use their LiveHelp if it
didn't show up.

Using Deliver Partial as a reason
They are smart. They use "Partial delivery" to avoid refund from Paypal.
What they will do is they will tell you they can only make 1/3 of the delivery done within 24 hours and then just keep you waiting for 4 to 5 days.
When you file a refund through paypal, paypal might just reject it because: 1. Paypal want money too. 2. partially delivery meant something, so they
can't refund the money.
Becareful when dealing business with IGXE. Please spread out the words about how they do business with customer and hope they drop out of this
business circle soon.

What ever happened to the days when you could just simply get what you paid for. I ordered from this company thinking that thier prices were good and
the web site was nice. I got repeated delays and when I finally gave them the ultimatum to give me my products or else they responded by wanting a
digital picture of my photo ID. Not happening. I now have a dispute with PayPal over this and by reading here I can tell that will turn into a claim.
I just hope PayPal will do the right thing and refund my money. My advise is to steer clear of these people at all cost. They will fill your order
only if they are in the mood. Other than that they will give you the runaround complete with automated texts and every excuse they can think of just
to money from you for nothing.

FRAUDULENT SERVICE!!
I purchased secondlife linden dollars from these ppl recently and not only did i have to wait 3 days for delivery but when they finally did deliver i
ended up getting locked out of my secondlife account because the lindens they had provided me with were fraudulent.
I emailed them and demanded a refund and they point blank refused.. seemed they found it amusing that i would even ask.
after reading all the other comments here i now realise i should have done some searching before i ordered with them...
i wont be using them again and i suggest you dont either.

Oddly enough, they asked for my photo id. It was a little bit of work sending them the info, but the customer service was responsive and helpful.
Overall, there wasn't too much hassle or delay and I got my gold just fine within a few hours. They're definitely not scammers, just a bit slow.

Lets start this off on an interesting foot. Apparently my card put up some flags in their fraud detection system. What a load of crap, I use the same
card for everything I have to pay off. On top of that, this is the conversation I had with Customer Service while trying to cancel said order.

My experience
I have actually purchased gold from IGXE a few times for WoW. The service has varied, with them telling me they didn't have enough gold when I met
them in-game, and another few times when it was really smooth and I got my gold in 2 hours.
I recently tried to engage their powerleveling service from 1 to 60, and this was what I encountered:
- First suspension within 24 hours. Email from Blizz saying that they suspected unauthorized access to my account. Fine, maybe Blizz's IP detection
caught them out. I asked IGXE whether they were confident of proceeding without getting me banned. They Ho-ed and Hum-ed a bit, but i figured I'd get
at least 1 more warning before a perm-ban
- It wasn't long before I recieved my second warning from Blizz. This time, it was for exploiting of the WoW economy. It was a final warning and came
with a 72hr suspension.
I have no idea what they were doing to warrant the economy exploiting warning, but it was the last straw for me. At the time, the Power-leveled toon
had only reached its mid-30s. IGXE offered to refund me gold if I decided to discontinue the PL service. They also said that they were unable to
guarantee my account would not be banned. In the event that it was banned, they refused to commit to any compensation.
I took up the offer after thinking about it, even though the compensation was rather weak.
TlDR: buying gold seems ok, but don't let them do your PL.

Well at first they advertise that its oh SO FAST to recieve your gold. so I bought some and was told it would be around 3hrs till I would get it. I
needed to set up something with the Auction house as well, so that was a pain, plus I recieved an email stating that I needed to send a copy of my
