About VCO Silver
Voyage Century is a nautical MMORPG where players sail to explore the world in the 16th century. The game is based on the real world map incorporating major sea ports and historical events. Players choose their ships, class and professions to play and develop their own career paths. Along the way, players will come across obstacles such as storms, pirates and other players. The combat system features both ship-to-ship battle and on board battle between players which require different combat skills for the ship and the characters. Voyage Century has been previously available in Asia as well as in Germany before making it to English launch in April 2007. The game is free to play with revenue coming from available item shops.
Voyage Century Silver is a major form of in-game currency. Voyage Century Silver coins are used in trades with NPCs and other players. Weapons, armors, items, materials, skills and ships can be purchased from the NPCs but better goods are generally found from other crafters. The economy is driven by these trades between players in different cities. The further away you can sell it the more profit you are likely to get. Apart from earning VC Silver coins in game, the item shop also sells the currency for real money. Also, Silver coins are available from third party websites.
